Nothing changes at the counter. Everything after it does.
A beautiful printed stamp card with a unique QR code. You stamp exactly as you do today — same rubber stamp, same one second. The card stops getting lost, and the streak follows the customer onto their phone. No app to install.
ReplayStamps has not launched. The first card is being drawn for Coftea, a coffee stand in the Liepāja Pētertirgus market pavilion, and they get it free forever. If you want to be one of the next few, write.
Every loyalty programme dies in the same place — at the counter, at the fifth person in the queue. This is the only row of numbers that decides anything.
1second
You, at the counter
The stamp
Same rubber stamp, same movement. No PIN, no tablet, no internet. If the power goes out, it keeps working.
0seconds
The customer, whenever
The QR code on the card
They scan it once, in their own time, never in the queue. From then on the card is tied to their phone. You do nothing.

Automatic
A message when the reward lands
The phone wallet says it by itself, with no per-message cost — unlike SMS. Planned for phase 2; it does not exist yet.
Division of labour
We don’t fight the paper
At the counter, paper beats every app: one second, no internet, no training, no battery. So we leave that half alone and take over only what paper was never able to do.
Plate one — stays on paper
Board and stamp
01Stamping — the same movement you already make
02Works with no power and no signal
03Zero training for a new hire
04A card that looks like your shop, not like ours
Plate two — moves to the phone
QR code and wallet
01Who your regulars are and how often they come
02A card that survives a lost piece of board
03A message the moment a reward is ready
04A finished card that starts over and keeps the streak
Straight answer: today the left plate and the QR code are the product. The wallet pass and the notifications are phase 2 and are not built. The dated list further down says exactly where each piece stands.
Why bother at all
Right now you know your regulars by face. That’s the whole of it.
For a shop this size the value was never the stamps. It’s that somebody finally counts them.
You find out who comes back
How many regulars do you have? How often do they come? Who quietly stopped showing up two months ago? No shop your size can answer that today. The card counts it for you.
You get a channel that costs nothing per message
A phone wallet notifies for free, unlike SMS, which is billed per send. The evening surplus, the new menu, a ready reward — reasons to reach people that used to cost too much to be worth it. Planned for phase 2.
The customer gets a reason to come one more time
An unfinished card is the only asymmetric argument you have against the shop twenty metres away. And a finished card isn’t binned — it’s scanned, and it starts over carrying the streak. That’s where the name comes from.
The card is the advert
Every shop gets its own card
Your art, your name, your reward — not our logo. In a market pavilion with twelve stalls in view, one good-looking card is distribution you could not buy.
Not a marketing list. Every row carries the day it was verified, and not one of them is a claim about the future.

Questions
What people ask first
Does anything change at the counter?
No. You stamp as you always have, with the same rubber stamp. There is no tablet, no PIN and no login. That constraint is why the product is shaped this way — anything that costs more than a second dies at the counter.
Does the customer have to install an app?
No. They scan the QR code on the card and an ordinary web page opens. In phase 2 the card can be added to the phone wallet, which is not a download either.
What happens if the customer loses the card?
If they scanned it first, the stamps survive, because the card is tied to their phone. If they never scanned it, it behaves exactly like any paper card today: the stamps are gone. We do not hide that — it is why scan rate is the first number we will measure.
Do you need to connect to our till?
No. There is no POS integration, because we do not do anything at the counter.
What happens to a full card?
It gets scanned and becomes the next one, carrying the streak forward. A paper card usually goes in the bin the moment the reward is claimed. This one replays — hence the name.
What does it cost?
Not decided, and we will not invent a number to make this site look finished. The paid product will be the printed cards; the digital half is free for the first shops. Write and we will tell you exactly where we are.
What happens to customer data?
It belongs to the shop. We are a processor — we hold it on the shop’s behalf and use it for nothing else. Until consent records are built, we collect no contact details at all.
